For our location in Salé, we are looking at the earliest possible date for a **Facility Manager Salé (m/f/d)** ================================= Your new Role and Responsibilities **Please submit the documents in English!** Unfortunately, documents in other languages cannot be considered. * Management of the subordinate organizational unit in accordance with the current organizational structure * Supervising the proper and timely execution of tasks assigned to employees * Providing instructions, guidance & support to subordinates * Evaluating the performance of subordinate employees and motivating them * Preparing and implementing vacation plans * Maintaining confidentiality of company information and ensuring compliance * Supervising employees‘ working conditions and ensuring compliance with applicable labour regulations * Supervising and ensuring compliance with legal regulations, occupational health and safety (OHS), environmental protection and fire protection requirements * Representing the organizational unit internally & externally * Managing the departmental budget and optimizing costs * Defining objectives, priorities & development plans * Ensuring the efficient, safe and cost-effective operation of all buildings, facilities, technical infrastructure and surrounding areas * Managing the technical condition and operational readiness of buildings, offices, production facilities, roads, parking & green areas * Planning, coordinating & supervising renovation, modernization and infrastructure improvement projects * Ensuring timely execution of all statutory inspections, audits, certifications & legal compliance requirements * Managing facility documentation, permits & records * Managing the technical infrastructure and utility systems of the site * Supervising the operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water supply, sewage, heating, ventilation & lighting systems * Ensuring uninterrupted utility and facility services * Monitoring energy, water and utility consumption and implementing cost-saving measures * Identifying and implementing sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives * Supervising maintenance and repair activities related to buildings and technical installations * Managing facility maintenance activities and external service providers * Planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Managing contracts, suppliers, service providers and contractors related to facility operations * Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with contractual and safety requirements * Supporting procurement activities related to facility services, technical equipment and infrastructure projects * Ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources * Ensuring safe, clean, and functional workplace conditions * Cooperating with OHS, Security, and Environmental departments to identify and eliminate risks * Supporting emergency preparedness, evacuation planning and business continuity
