Server/Bartender

If you are looking for a place to grow your skills in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you! **Job Responsibilities:** As a server at Ward One, your primary responsibilities will include: * Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables. * Presenting menus and informing guests about daily specials. * Taking orders accurately using our point-of-sale system. * Providing recommendations for food and beverage pairings. * Delivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction. * Checking in with guests throughout their dining experience to address any needs or concerns. * Processing payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions. * Maintaining cleanliness of tables, dining and work areas. **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: * Prior experience as a server * Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration with colleagues. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. **What We Offer:** At Ward one, we believe in taking care of our team members.
