Commercial Cleaning Company is seeking an experienced and reliable commercial cleaning **subcontractor team** to service an automotive dealership and commercial office facility in the Vaughan area. We have an ongoing and increasing need for dependable teams to join our network of trusted partners. If you run a cleaning business, or lead a small team with a proven track record in commercial cleaning, especially in the office sector, we want to hear from you. Scope of Work As a subcontractor, your team will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the client site, including: * Sweeping, mopping, and dusting various surfaces * Sanitizing and disinfecting to protect client health and safety * Proper waste disposal * Maintaining cleanliness in entrances, stairwells, common areas, and restrooms * Following all cleaning procedures, safety policies, and site-specific instructions * Delivering excellent customer service and addressing specific client needs * Using current cleaning techniques for high-quality results Requirements * Team of 2 (minimum), able to work independently without on-site supervision * Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial cleaning experience (automotive dealership experience is a strong asset) * WHMIS certification, or willingness to obtain it * Criminal background checks for all team members * Valid business liability insurance (certificate of insurance required) * Willingness to complete required health and safety training * Willingness to comply with our policies and procedures * Agreement to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement * Reliable transportation We are looking for teams with a flexible skillset and a willingness to adapt to varying client needs.
