Construction Equipment Sales Manager

Redhead Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for a Construction Equipment Sales Manager based out of our Saskatoon branch. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Corporate Construction Sales Manager, this role will lead and support a team of sales professionals in our Saskatoon, Lloydminster, North Battleford, Prince Albert and Melfort branches. The Sales Manager will analyze the market, develop sales plans and deliver results for our construction equipment product lines, capitalizing on growth opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Leading, coaching and supporting a team of equipment sales territory managers * Developing and executing sales strategies, forecasts and budgets for the north branches * Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities * Building strong customer relationships and providing timely solutions * Managing new and used equipment inventory levels, pricing and trade evaluations * Working closely with the service, parts departments to deliver a complete customer experience * Representing the company at trade shows, customer events and manufacturer meetings Key Abilities: * Leading and supporting a team of equipment sales territory managers * Analyzing sales data and market conditions to set targets and drive results * Building strong customer relationships and providing timely solutions * Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the equipment service industry Ideal candidate will possess the following: * Exemplary leadership abilities and experience in a similar position * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the construction or heavy equipment industry * Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills * A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office * Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region * Post-secondary education in business, or a related field preferred.
