**Canstrux Inc.** is growing and looking for an experienced, motivated construction professional who takes pride in delivering quality work. We specialize in custom homes, renovations, and high-end residential construction throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. We're not looking for someone who just wants a job. We're looking for someone who treats every project as if it were being judged for life or death.
**What We're Looking For**
* Minimum **5+ years of construction experience**
* Valid driver's license and **reliable vehicle**
* Strong carpentry and general construction skills
* Experience with renovations, framing, finishing, residential and commercial construction
* Ability to read plans and execute work with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Ability to mentor apprentices and coordinate with trades
* Follow schedules and meet deadlines
* Always looking to learn

**Responsibilities**
* Perform skilled construction and renovation work
* Lead projects and crews when required
* Coordinate materials, schedules, and subcontractors
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
* Deliver projects with attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Represent the Canstrux brand at all times.
