Pharmacy Manager – New Pharmacy Opening
**Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba**
We are seeking a motivated Pharmacy Manager to help establish and lead a new pharmacy located within a healthcare facility with multiple physicians, with a **potential partnership opportunity for the right candidate**.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a pharmacy from the ground up, shape its operations, develop a team, and work collaboratively with physicians to provide excellent patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead pharmacy setup and opening preparations.
* Establish policies, procedures, and efficient workflows.
* Oversee daily operations, inventory, and quality assurance.
* Provide dispensing services, medication reviews, and patient counselling.
* Build strong relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
* Ensure compliance with applicable professional standards and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**
* Licensed with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
* Previous pharmacy management or new pharmacy opening experience is an asset.
* An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing the business.
