Assistant Superintendent

HIRING NOW — Froude Management Inc. (FMI) is a growing Vancouver general contractor / construction manager looking for an Assistant Superintendent ready to step up. You'll work under an experienced Superintendent on ICI and tenant-improvement sites across Metro Vancouver, with a real path to running your own sites. What you get: - $80,000–$100,000 salary depending on experience - Benefits package - Mentorship from senior site leadership and a growing company that promotes from within - Steady pipeline of commercial, institutional and tenant-improvement work (schools, healthcare, university and retail projects) What you'll do: - Support the Superintendent in running the site day to day — coordinate trades, materials and deliveries - Help implement our safety program: site orientations, toolbox talks, inspections and documentation - Track daily progress, keep site logs and photos, and report issues early - Review drawings and flag discrepancies or conflicts before they become problems - Help maintain quality — check work against drawings and specs as trades complete areas - Assist with scheduling, look-aheads and closing out deficiencies What you bring: - 2+ years of construction field experience (foreman, lead hand, senior carpenter, or assistant superintendent) - Strong work ethic, organized, and comfortable directing trades on site - Working knowledge of BC safety requirements and building codes - Ability to read drawings and specifications - Technical diploma, trade certification (Red Seal) or Gold Seal enrolment are assets - Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to sites across Metro Vancouver Apply here on Indeed or email your resume to aritzia@froudegroups.com.
