Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

ALIGN is seeking **Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs)** to join our new clinic for Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays as of now. We are a queer and women-owned wellness space in Yaletown/Westend, housed in a medical office at 1200 Burrard Street. Our practice centers on somatic healing, consent & trauma-informed care, and culturally sensitive treatment. We are looking to build a collaborative team of practitioners who share our values and are motivated to establish themselves as reputable RMTs in the area long term. This is an independent contractor role operating purely on splits. You set your own schedule, bring your own tools, and maintain your own client relationships (meaning you can choose to bring in clients of your choice!). We provide the space, the marketing and billing, laundry, strong referrals, and a community of like-minded practitioners. No hidden fees for the above services. Connect with us on Instagram @align\_my\_body to learn more about our mission and goals. **Scope of Practice** * Provide therapeutic massage within the regulated scope * Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans * Maintain insurer-compliant documentation * Provide ICBC treatment where applicable * Practice strictly within professional standards and regulatory bylaws **Compensation** * 70% split to start, could go as high as 80% **Qualifications** * Active registration in good standing * $5,000,000 professional liability insurance * Charting completed within 24 hours New RMTs are welcome. **What We Provide** * Treatment room access * Hydraulic/electric treatment tables * Linens and laundry service * Reception and administrative support * JaneApp EMR access * Payment processing * Structured policies that protect practitioner autonomy and compliance This role is ideal for individuals who demonstrate clinical responsibility, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals through safe and effective therapeutic care.
