WE'RE HIRING! DAYCARE ASSISTANT Over the Rainbow Childcare (OTRC) is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Daycare Assistant to join our team! Position: Full-Time and/or Part-Time Start Date: December 2026 What We Are Looking For: We are looking for someone who is: Mature, responsible, and dependable. Positive, patient, and enthusiastic. Genuinely concerned about the safety, well-being, and development of children. Willing to actively participate in daily activities, playtime, crafts, routines, and children's learning experiences. Able to work as part of a team and contribute positively to our daycare environment. ECE certification is an asset. We value someone who understands that working with children is more than just supervising. It means being present, engaged, attentive, and willing to participate in their everyday experiences.
