You will lead the design and delivery of change strategies that help organizations navigate complex business and technology transformations, drive adoption and achieve sustainable business and human outcomes. Working closely with senior client leaders and multidisciplinary Deloitte teams, you will translate transformation objectives into practical change plans. Depending on the engagement, this may include conducting change impact and stakeholder assessments, defining change and adoption strategies, developing communications and engagement approaches, assessing organizational readiness, supporting learning and enablement activities, and establishing measures to monitor adoption and outcomes. As a Manager, you will oversee multiple workstreams and guide teams in delivering high-quality work across the transformation lifecycle. You will bring structure to complex and evolving environments, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and help clients make informed decisions when priorities, timelines or stakeholder needs shift.
