Il Corvo is looking for passionate, skilled kitchen professionals to join our team at one of North Vancouver's most beloved destinations - Deep Cove. Whether you're a seasoned Chef de Partie ready to lead a section or a talented Line Cook looking to sharpen your craft in a high-quality, fast paced kitchen, we want to hear from you. You'll be working alongside a team that takes pride in its food, its standards, and its culture. **What You’ll Do:** * Prepare and cook dishes to Il Corvo’s standards, ensuring quality and consistency * Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth, efficient service * Follow recipes and directions while also contributing ideas for specials and features * Keep your station organized, stocked, and clean throughout service * Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and respect in the kitchen * Uphold food safety, health, and sanitation standards at all times **What we're looking for:** * Solid knife skills and solid fundamentals - you know your mise en place and you own your station * Fundamentals in Italian cuisine is prefered but not essential * Experience cooking pizzas as well as pastas would be prefered * Experience in a structured kitchen environment with a genuine passion for great food * The ability to work clean, work fast, and communicate clearly during service * A team-first mentality with the drive to grow If you're ready to be part of a kitchen that values craft and camaraderie, we'd love to meet you.
