Registered Massage Therapist

**Position Overview** As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will provide professional massage therapy and body treatments in an outpatient clinical setting while delivering a welcoming and positive experience for every client. **Key Responsibilities** o Provide consistent, professional massage therapy and body treatments in an outpatient setting in accordance with clinic protocols, professional standards, and accepted certification practices. o Create a welcoming, comfortable, and professional experience for every client. o Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy as they relate to their individual needs and goals. o Recommend appropriate treatment frequency based on each client's needs and treatment plan. o Arrive on time for all scheduled appointments and provide services within the appropriate time allotted. o Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, organized, and professional manner, including stocking products and linens. o Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and instrument sterilization procedures. o Complete all required client notes and maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation following each visit. o Maintain proper organization and filing of client records in accordance with clinic procedures. o Work collaboratively with the team to build and grow a strong massage therapy client base. o Participate in developing and implementing marketing and client-retention initiatives. o Maintain a positive, professional, and flexible attitude while contributing to a supportive team environment. o Participate in staff meetings and assist with clinic clean-up, housekeeping, and other general clinic activities as required. o Contribute to a high standard of patient care and overall clinic experience. **Qualifications & Requirements** o Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the appropriate regulatory college. o New graduates are welcome to apply. o Current professional liability insurance and required certifications. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Professional, reliable, punctual, and client-focused. o Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. o Commitment to maintaining professional standards, cleanliness, confidentiality, and accurate documentation. o Strong interest in building and maintaining a successful massage therapy practice. o What We’re Looking For **We are seeking an RMT who is:** o Passionate about helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. o Friendly, approachable, and professional. o Dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. o Motivated to grow their practice and client base. o Organized and dependable. o A positive team player who takes pride in their work. **Why Join DYNAMIC HEALTH & SPORTS INJURY?** At DYNAMIC HEALTH & SPORTS INJURY, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a professional, collaborative clinical environment while developing your own massage therapy practice.
