### **Your mission**
* Responsibility for client projects from kick-off through handover to existing client support
* Management of budget, schedule, resources, and scope, as well as transparent communication of project status
* Making business and contractual decisions in collaboration with clients
* Assembling and coordinating the project team with the Solution Architect
* Establishing clear responsibilities and adhering to the agreed-upon project methodology
* Maintaining clear documentation of requirements, solution design, and implementation within the agreed-upon scope
* Managing the testing phase, issue management, go-live, change management, and hypercare
### **Your profile**
* Several years of experience leading IT or software projects, ideally in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
* Proficiency in traditional and agile project management methods, such as Scrum, PMI, or Waterfall
* Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
* Functional understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform, such as Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service
* Experience handling project contracts and managing budget and scope
* Clear and confident communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, even in challenging situations
* Confident and effective use of AI tools
* Very good German (at least C1 level) and good English skills
* Willingness to travel (approx. 10–20%)
