We're looking for someone who is confident, professional, and passionate about creating beautiful grooms. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced groomer who wants to work in a busy salon with consistent appointments and great earning potential. **Excellent Earning Potential!** Our groomers receive 50% commission on grooming services plus tips, with the potential to earn **$5,000–$8,000 CAD per month when working full-time**, depending on appointments completed, grooming volume and schedule. These are potential earnings. We provide the clients, grooming products, towels, dryers and salon space, so you can focus on what you do best - grooming! What We Offer * 50% grooming commission plus tips * established clientele - no need to build your own client base * busy salon with consistent grooming appointments * excellent earning potential for experienced, efficient groomers * all grooming products, towels, dryers and salon space provided * small dogs only, up to 30 lbs * part-time position available immediately (16–24 hours per week) * opportunity to transition to full-time in January 2027 * friendly, professional team in a beautiful Yaletown boutique Responsibilities * provide professional, high-quality grooming services, including bathing, brushing, drying, clipping, scissoring and styling * consult with clients to understand their dog's grooming needs and preferences * create beautiful, breed-appropriate and customized haircuts * safely and compassionately handle dogs of different temperaments * maintain a clean, organized and sanitary grooming environment * manage grooming appointments efficiently without compromising quality * communicate professionally with clients and fellow team members Requirements & Qualifications * **minimum 5 years of professional dog grooming experience required** * must be fully experienced and capable of completing full grooms independently without supervision or additional training * excellent scissoring, clipping, finishing and styling skills * experience with Asian Fusion and teddy-bear styling strongly preferred * comfortable grooming a variety of small breeds and coat types * professional dog grooming diploma, certification or equivalent hands-on training preferred * applicants must provide details of grooming schools or academies attended, certifications and additional courses completed * excellent anim
