Advancement Sports Agency (ASA) is expanding its Soccer Division and is looking for motivated, knowledgeable and well-connected Soccer Advisors to join our growing team. We work with players and families to help them navigate the increasingly complex world of soccer — from youth development and academy pathways to OPDL, MLS NEXT, ECNL, collegiate soccer, USports, NCAA, CPL and professional soccer. Our goal is simple: provide players and families with a clear plan, the right connections and the guidance they need to move to the next level. THE ROLE As an ASA Soccer Advisor, you will work directly with players and families to: * Evaluate a player’s current position and development * Help establish short- and long-term soccer goals * Develop individualized player pathways * Identify appropriate clubs, academies, showcases, camps and training opportunities * Assist players pursuing Canadian and U.S. collegiate opportunities * Help families understand NCAA, USports and other post-secondary pathways * Connect players with coaches, clubs, schools and other soccer professionals * Help players make informed decisions about their development and next career move * Maintain ongoing relationships with players and families * Represent the ASA brand professionally within the soccer community WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are interested in individuals who have a genuine passion for soccer and understand the player-development landscape. Ideal candidates may include: * Current or former soccer players * Coaches or trainers * Former collegiate or professional players * Club or academy staff * Soccer administrators * Scouts or recruiting professionals * Individuals with strong relationships within the soccer community * Experienced sales or business-development professionals with a strong soccer network You do not need to fit one specific background. What matters most is your soccer knowledge, network, communication skills, professionalism and desire to help players succeed.
