We are compassionate about all that we touch; at home, at work, and within our communities. **Who We Need** Our Calgary office is looking for an Intermediate Designer who will be an integral part of the design team, responsible for coordinating the conceptualization, development, and execution of environmental branding and wayfinding initiatives. As an Entro Designer you will: Ideate, conceptualize, detail design and implement signage, experiential design, and branding projects; Contribute and nurture a collaborative design studio environment; Encourage a vibrant and enthusiastic design office; Assist in the development of, and participate in internal and external design workshops; Working with the senior team to create and develop strategies, narratives and storytelling components in the conceptual design phase; Develop related design documentation and presentations for all phases of a project; Create conceptual renderings, artwork and design intent specifications; Support the project team in reviewing shop drawing submittals, conducting site visits and preparing punch lists; Stay abreast of and explore the use of new materials and production methods; Review internal deliverables and provide feedback to junior team members Provide necessary client liaison support throughout all stages of the project, including project stakeholder engagements and presentation of
