Registered Pharmacy Technician

About Us Birchcliff Pharmacy Inc. is a community pharmacy in Scarborough and part of the Pharmabest group. We're a team-focused, patient-first pharmacy with a modern workflow. We're looking for a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team. What You'll Do • Prepare, process, and accurately dispense prescriptions in accordance with OCP standards • Perform final checks on technical aspects of dispensing (Regulated Pharmacy Technician scope) • Enter and verify prescriptions in Fillware, manage refills, and resolve billing issues with third-party payers and the Ontario Drug Benefit program • Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and returns • Support pharmacists with patient care services, including blister packaging, compliance packs, and Home Health Care billing • Support pharmacy assistants and other support staff • Provide friendly, professional service to patients and healthcare partners What You Bring • Active registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists as a Pharmacy Technician, in good standing, and maintained valid at all times throughout employment • Experience with Fillware pharmacy software (required) • Working knowledge of third-party/ODB billing • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • New grads are welcome to apply • Additional languages are an asset What We Offer • Competitive pay: $25 per hour • Full-time, permanent position • Supportive team and room to grow within a multi-location group Schedule: Weekdays and weekends, rotating shifts Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person 1120 Kingston Road, Unit 2, Scarborough, ON M1N 1N8 Birchcliff Pharmacy Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
