**Belix Psychology Is Hiring!** **Playful Registered or Provisionally Registered Psychologist** **Child and Youth Focus** **About the Opportunity** Belix Psychology is seeking a playful, compassionate, and collaborative Registered or Provisionally Registered Psychologist to join our small team. We are looking for a clinician passionate about working with children, youth, and families, with experience or an interest in developing skills in play therapy, expressive arts therapy, and body-based trauma approaches such as EMDR or ART. Experience working with children is important, along with curiosity, openness, and a desire to grow clinically in individual, family, and group therapy. Our clinic supports children and youth experiencing anxiety, grief, family transitions, ADHD, depression, self-regulation challenges, trauma, racial identity concerns, and attachment difficulties. **What We Offer** * **Flexible, part-time schedule:** One to three days per week, with flexibility to accommodate existing commitments * **Welcoming clinic environment:** Three sunny, beautifully decorated therapy spaces in our Britannia location, thoughtfully designed to help clients feel comfortable and cared for * **Flexible service delivery:** Primarily in-person work, with hybrid or virtual options when clinically appropriate * **Administrative support:** We manage website profiles, billing, and appointment bookings so you can focus on clinical work * **Collaborative team culture:** Monthly consultations, group training, and opportunities to connect and learn alongside a supportive team * **Mentorship and professional development:** Coaching and mentorship opportunities to help expand your clinical skills * **Competitive compensation:** Hourly wage ($140 or $100), with adjustments after 12 months and/or changes in registration status * **Convenient location:** Safe Britannia neighbourhood, accessible by public transit, with free underground parking for clients **Qualifications & Experience** * Registered or Provisionally Registered Psychologist in Alberta * In good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists * Experience working with children and adolescents required * Experience or interest in developing skills in play therapy, art therapy and/or body-based trauma approaches, such as EMDR or ART, considered an asset **We Are Looking For Someone Who Is** * Heart-focused and creative in their therapeutic approach * Professional, ethical, compassionate, and self-motivated * Passionate about supporting children, youth, and families * Comfortable working independently while valuing collaboration and consultation **Start Date** Immediate **How to Apply** We would love to hear from you if this opportunity sounds like a good fit!
