Customer Service Representative

**Seawings Express International** is seeking a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing accurate information, and helping ensure a positive customer experience. **About Us** Seawings Express International is an international bonded shipping and logistics service. We also operate a CBSA bonded warehouse at YYJ airport. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, pays attention to detail, and can stay organized in a fast-paced office environment. **Position Details** * **Job title:** Customer Service Representative * **Wage:** $19.00–$22.00 per hour * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. * **Employment type:** Full-time * **Location:** YYJ Victoria International Airport - Cargo Building * **Full background check required –** CBSA/Transport Canada **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional, courteous manner * Provide customers with information regarding shipments, services, and account questions * Assist with order tracking, documentation, and general administrative tasks * Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed * Resolve or escalate customer concerns appropriately * Work closely with warehouse, operations, and administrative staff * Perform other office and customer-service duties as assigned **What We’re Looking For** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Professional phone manner and customer-focused attitude * Good organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team * Previous office or customer service experience is an asset, but **not required**—we are willing to train the right candidate **How to Apply** Please submit your resume to **maja@seawings.ca** with the subject line **“Customer Service Representative Application.”** We thank all applicants for their interest; only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
