--------------------------------
For our network team, we are looking for a hands-on networking specialist who will ensure the reliable operation of our LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure across multiple locations in Western Switzerland.
You can expect a well-coordinated, supportive team with clear standards and mutual trust. At your assigned locations, you’ll take on a great deal of personal responsibility and work independently as a key on-site contact. You’ll be working with a modern Cisco infrastructure (Catalyst, WLC, ISE, and Catalyst Center) in an exciting clinical setting. Your job classification and career development opportunities will depend on your profile and experience—ranging from junior to professional levels.
**TÂCHES PRINCIPALES**
----------------------
* Independently analyze and resolve network issues across the entire infrastructure (end devices, cabling, access points, switches, routers, and WLCs; Layers 1–3).
* Configure Cisco network components via CLI (IOS/IOS-XE), particularly VLANs, trunks, access ports, and port channels.
* Troubleshooting in Wi-Fi environments and analyzing logs and sessions in Cisco Catalyst Center, ISE, and WLC.
* Installation, commissioning, and professional rack mounting of network components (copper, fiber optic, SFP, and PoE).
* Second-level support, incident and problem management, and maintenance of technical documentation.
**FORMATION REQUISE**
---------------------
* Several years of hands-on experience in network operations (LAN/Wi-Fi) in a Cisco environment (typically 3–5 years); practical experience is more important than certifications.
* Strong knowledge of routing and switching, TCP/IP, VLAN/trunking, DHCP, and DNS.
* Experience with Layer 1, particularly copper and fiber-optic cabling, as well as patch panels and rack infrastructure.
* Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a solution-oriented manner, along with strong teamwork skills and a confident demeanor.
* Fluent in French (at least C1), good command of German (at least B1); English is a major advantage.
* CCNA/CCNP certifications, as well as experience with Cisco ISE, Catalyst Center, and WLC, are a plus.

With us, you can fully develop your strengths, expertise and skills. On your first day at work, we’ll give you a warm welcome and make sure you feel at home with us right from the start.
