In this role, you are responsible for the strategic, commercial, and lifecycle direction of the that respective product area. You translate the company strategy into a strategy for your area, decide on priorities and roadmap scope, and lead product management for the area. In doing so, you weigh revenue growth, profitability, customer value, technical feasibility, operational scalability, and long-term competitiveness, based on robust business cases. Implementation takes place together with Software Engineering, IT Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Enablement in a matrix organization.
