We are looking to engage an experienced **Immigration Lawyer based in Germany** for a **Part-Time / Consultancy Role**. **Position:** Immigration Lawyer (Germany) **Location:** Germany (Germany-based candidates only) **Requirements:** * Must be a qualified legal professional based in Germany. * Proven experience in German immigration and employment-related immigration laws. * Strong knowledge of work permits, employment visas, skilled worker immigration, and visa procedures for non-EU nationals. * Ability to provide legal guidance and consultancy on Germany-based workforce placement and immigration matters. * Hands-on experience supporting companies with the relocation and employment of skilled workers from outside the EU to Germany.
