We are seeking skilled and compassionate therapists to join our team as independent contractors. This role offers a hybrid caseload model, combining a consistent stream of program-referred clients while we help you establish and grow your private practice. **More than administration support** Many practices offer room rentals with additional charges for basic administrative support. We take a more comprehensive approach. We understand the realities of clinical work—balancing client care, documentation, scheduling, and the demands of running a practice. We reduce that burden so you can focus on delivering high-quality care and building a sustainable, fulfilling career. **We provide support across all aspects of practice, including:** Overhead, furnished therapy rooms, group therapy space, office space.
