Working Student - Organizational Resilience & People Services DE (f/m/d)

We are currently looking for a Working Student to join the Organizational Resilience People Services Germany Team! The position will be based in our Frankfurt office. About the Job The People Services Team Germany is part of the HR Operations function. Its key responsibilities include efficiently handling requests from managers and employees, identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize HR services, and leveraging technology to drive automation and digitalization. As a Working Student, you will support the People Services Team Germany with operational HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, particularly for working students and interns, while contributing to various HR processes and special projects. What you do * Provide operational support throughout the employee lifecycle for working students and interns * Maintain employee master data in HCM * Support HR administrative activities and follow up on onboarding-related documents * Support the People Services Team Germany with various HR processes and day-to-day operational activities * Maintain electronic personnel files * Support special projects. What you bring * Currently enrolled in a business administration, economics, or related degree program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources * Initial practical experience in Human Resources or HR management * Strong interest in HR topics and affinity for HR IT tools * Confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with SAP HCM, ServiceNow and ADONIS is a plus * Friendly and communicative personality with a strong service-oriented mindset * Independent, proactive, and structured way of working, combined with the ability to quickly understand new topics * Strong teamwork skills, commitment, and willingness to learn * Very good German and English language skills * Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
