The Opportunity We are seeking independent cleaning subcontractors for commercial cleaning assignments as client contracts become available. Most properties require cleaning after regular business hours, typically between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM on weekdays. Independent contractors may accept or decline assignments based on their availability and business capacity. Typical Cleaning Responsibilities Each property has its own written cleaning scope. Common tasks may include: * Vacuuming carpets and rugs * Sweeping and mopping hard floors * Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms * Emptying and relining waste bins * Disinfecting high-touch surfaces * Cleaning reception and waiting areas * Wiping desks and accessible work surfaces * Cleaning kitchenettes and breakrooms * Interior glass and spot cleaning * Dusting fixtures, ledges and accessible surfaces * Following property-specific entry and security procedures * Reporting maintenance concerns, existing damage or accidental damage Specialized services such as carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, and biohazard remediation are excluded from standard assignments.
