Drums/Guitar Teacher for Saturdays

**La Majeur School of Music is hiring part-time Drums and Guitar teachers** We’re looking for enthusiastic, engaging music teachers to lead lessons for children aged 6+. You’ll teach drums, guitar, or both, in private and group settings, focusing on rhythm, creativity, and interactive play. **Teachers who can teach both drums and guitar are a big plus.** Ready for paid training? We offer training and are open to exploring different teaching methods to make learning fun and effective for kids. **What You’ll Do** * Teach drums and/or guitar in private and group settings * Foster teamwork, rhythm, and creative expression * Keep classes interactive, energetic, and fun * Try different teaching methods to suit each student or group **Required Qualifications** * Skilled on drums or guitar (both is a big plus) * Minimum 3 years’ experience working with children * University student in the second or third year of a music education program * Commitment to the role for at least 2 years * Passionate, reliable, and enjoys working with children * Open to training and willing to adopt new teaching approaches * A Criminal Police Check is required **Ideal For** Someone who believes music is for everyone, enjoys rhythm-based learning, and does well in a fun, community-focused environment.
