**About Us** Sonny Can't Dance is a modern steakhouse offering an elevated dining experience with a lively atmosphere, exceptional food, creative cocktails, and genuine hospitality. We're looking for energetic, professional, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our Front of House team as Host / Support Staff. **Responsibilities** **Hosting:** * Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival. * Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements. * Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries. * Maintain an organized host stand and accurate reservation notes. * Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure a smooth flow of service. * Create a welcoming and memorable first impression for every guest. **Floor Support:** * Assist servers with running food and beverages. * Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room. * Assist with polishing glassware, cutlery, and restocking service stations. * Anticipate guest needs and support the team during busy service. * Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure a seamless guest experience. **Qualifications** * Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, confident, and professional attitude. * Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and a team-first mentality. * Ability to take initiative without always being asked. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Experience with OpenTable is an asset. **What We're Looking For** We're looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy hospitality, take pride in their work, and understand the importance of teamwork.
