**Job Overview** Customer Service Representative – Transportation & Logistics **Company:** Greenway Carriers **Location:** Brampton, ON **Job Type:** Full-Time, Permanent Job Description Greenway Carriers is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with internal departments, assist with invoicing and accounts receivable activities, and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. * Provide shipment updates, tracking information, and delivery confirmations. * Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth communication. * Follow up on delivery schedules, delays, and customer concerns. * Assist with preparing and processing customer invoices. * Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments. * Send invoice copies and supporting documents to customers when required. * Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate payment records. * Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related inquiries. * Handle customer complaints and work towards effective resolutions. * Coordinate with the accounting department regarding payment issues and account discrepancies. * Maintain accurate customer records and perform general administrative duties as required. Qualifications & Requirements * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or trucking industry. * Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. * Experience with QuickBooks is an asset. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
