An open and constructive working atmosphere and the opportunity to contribute ideas characterize us as a employer. ‎ For the site in **Gilching (Munich)** we are looking for you as an **Expert** **Group IFRS & Internal Control (m/f/d).** Join our Group Finance team as a key subject matter expert driving our financial governance and group consolidation. In this role, you will act as the technical backbone for complex IFRS topics while shaping our Group-wide financial guidelines and reporting standards. You will work closely with international subsidiaries, senior management, and external auditors in a highly collaborative environment. **Your Responsibilities:** * Drive the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements (IFRS), including Notes and Management Report * Serve as the primary contact for Group external auditors * Own and update the Group Accounting Manual and assess business transactions * Provide expert technical accounting guidance on complex matters such as PPA, impairment testing or revenue recognition * Review and ensure the quality of IFRS reporting packages. * Design and facilitate IFRS-related training sessions for internal teams. * Monitor changes in IFRS standards and coordinate their implementation within the organization * Support the monthly reporting and consolidation process and act as a deputy for consolidation tasks * Maintain and enhance the group-wide internal control system (ICS) to optimize processes and compliance Close collaboration with local subsidiaries and central finance teams (FP&A, consolidation) **Your Profile:** * University degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Business Administration (or equivalent qualification). * 4+ years of progressive experience in group accounting, financial reporting, or audit. * Solid track record from a reputable accounting firm; exposure to international group audits or in-house consolidation is highly regarded. * Strong conceptual and hands-on knowledge of IFRS standards and group consolidation principles. * Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to act as an advisory partner across diverse cultures and business units. * High proficiency in Excel; experience with consolidation softwares (e.g., LucaNet, SAP BFC) is a plus.
