CLV is looking for a dependable cleaning professional with a customer-first mindset who takes pride in creating and maintaining clean, safe and welcoming living environments for our residents. Compensation * $19/hr. * Three weeks of paid vacation annually, starting on day 1 of employment. * Additionally, all employees participate in our comprehensive benefits program, which includes health, dental, and prescription drug coverage for both employees and their dependents, with 100% of premiums covered by the employer. Responsibilities In addition to the responsibilities typically expected of a cleaning professional, responsibilities will include: * Performing deep cleaning of apartments following move-outs to prepare units for new residents. * Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, laundry rooms, gyms and other common areas to ensure high hygiene standards. * Emptying garbage and ensuring that waste is disposed of safely and properly. * Responding to any cleaning work orders submitted by the property management team. * Performing daily inspections of common areas and reporting any maintenance issues to the property operations team. * Following all safety protocols and using all assigned personal protective equipment appropriately. Qualifications * Friendly, respectable, and community minded, with strong interpersonal skills. * Previous cleaning experience considered an asset but is not required. * Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently. * Ability to perform a variety of repetitive physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time. Additional Information * As a condition of employment, all successful candidates will be asked to complete a criminal record check (CRC). * The primary work location for this position will be 2470 Southvale Cresent, just off St. Laurent Blvd in Ottawa's east end.
