As our Web Design Intern you will help shape how yoona appears online. You will redesign and build pages of our website, and bring them to life with motion and AI-generated visuals. You work closely with our marketing and design team and see your work go live.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement website pages (layouts, components, responsive behaviour), starting with a relaunch of our career page
* Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
* Develop animations and micro-interactions (e.g. scroll storytelling, hover effects, hero animations)
* Produce and refine AI-generated images, video and motion assets, and label them transparently
* Keep the site consistent with the yoona brand and design system
* Optimise pages for performance, accessibility and SEO
* Support A/B tests and analyse how visitors use the pages
* Collaborate with marketing, product and development teams
Requirements
**Must-have**
* Strong sense of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
* Experience with Figma (or Sketch / Adobe XD)
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript, or hands-on experience with Squarespace or a comparable website builder
* A portfolio with web design projects (student or private projects count)
* Fluent English; German is a plus
* Self-organised, reliable, able to work independently
**Nice-to-have**
* Experience with animation tools or libraries (e.g. GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie, Rive)
* Experience with generative AI tools for images or video
* Basic knowledge of React / Next.js or Three.js
* Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and SEO
* Interest in fashion and technology

Duration and Working Hours
* Duration: 3 months, extension possible
* Working hours: 10–40 hours per week
