You’ll prepare made-to-order gift baskets, cheese & charcuterie boards. * You will provide exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and speedy service * You’ll be consistent and dependable for your team members * You’ll care for the cheeses and the space, following our documented procedures. * You will taste our various products along your journey to build your knowledge and ensure great quality of product sold. * You’ll receive deliveries, document and store cheese/product, cut cheese and other products and repackage for the shelves. * You’ll help to keep the shop organized and clean. **What you bring…** * A sincere passion for all things cheesy. * Customer facing experience in the restaurant or food/retail industries * Grade 12 Diploma * Basic math skills * Ability to learn quickly and retain new information * Positive outlook and attitude * Exceptional personal and interpersonal skills * Friendly demeanor * Basic Computer knowledge: Word/Excel/Google Drive * WHMIS Certificate (desirable) * Endurance to exert yourself in a well paced environment up to 8 hours * Ability to frequently lift up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds * Ability to frequently grasp knives and cheese wire handles * Ability to stand/walk constantly for the shift **Springbank Cheese Co.** Springbank Cheese Co. has been in Calgary for over 30 years offering a world of cheese and gourmet specialty food products.
