The ideal candidate will have: * Experience in residential cleaning, with a focus on high-quality, detail-oriented work * Strong organizational skills, including the ability to tidy, arrange, and maintain beautifully presented spaces * An eye for home presentation and staging * A professional demeanor and respect for client privacy and homes * The ability to consistently deliver a high-end, hotel-quality finish This role is best suited for individuals who take pride in creating clean, organized, and visually appealing spaces. **Responsibilities** * Perform routine and deep cleaning of residential properties * Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces * Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas * Following client-specific instructions and cleaning checklists * Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism **Requirements** * Previous residential cleaning experience preferred * Must supply your own cleaning products and basic supplies (company provides vacuum and mop only) * Must have your own transportation to travel between job locations * Responsible for tracking hours and submitting weekly invoices for payment * Must have a smartphone with reliable DATA access to use our scheduling and job management app * Strong attention to detail and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as a team * Must pass and hand in a criminal background check. **What We Offer** * Flexible scheduling * Competitive pay of $25/hr * Consistent work opportunities * Work incentives, performance-based bonuses, and annual rate increases. * Supportive and respectful working enviroment **How to Apply** Please respond with your experience, availability, and a brief introduction about yourself.
