Crematorium Driver, Holy Family Catholic Cremation Centre (MILTON)

The Catholic Cemeteries of the Diocese of Hamilton is currently seeking a Crematorium Driver to join our staff at Holy Family Catholic Cremation Centre in Milton. **About the Job:** Reporting directly to the Manager of Cremation Services, this position is responsible for providing pick-up and delivery of human remains to various funeral establishments throughout southern Ontario. **Key Responsibilities:** * Travel and interactions with various funeral establishments throughout the greater Hamilton, Halton, Toronto and Niagara regions. * Review, verify and accurately complete all required documentation related to the transfer and handling of human remains, ensuring completeness and compliance with established procedures. * Occasional travel to Holy Cross Catholic Cremation Centre in Paris, Ontario, as operationally required. * Perform routine cleaning, upkeep and general maintenance of the Cremation Centre, Cemetery Office, and company vehicles to ensure a clean, safe and professional environment. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Skills Required:** * A valid Class G Ontario driver’s license and a clean driving record * Effective team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail If you are interested in this position, please send a resume to resume@thecatholiccemeteries.ca by November 30th, 2026.
