You will contribute to real projects supporting the electrical systems used in underground drilling equipment while learning from experienced engineering and manufacturing professionals. This fixed-term co-op opportunity is designed for a curious student who enjoys solving technical problems, collaborating across electrical, mechanical and software disciplines, and seeing designs come to life on real equipment. You will gain practical experience with electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring harnesses, bills of materials, controls and shop-floor troubleshooting. Apply today to develop your technical skills, contribute to meaningful projects and gain valuable experience with a global engineering leader in the mining industry. **What you will be doing** * Support electrical designs and technical summaries under the guidance of experienced engineering team members, helping ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. * Create and update electrical schematics, panel layouts and wiring-harness drawings. * Assist with the creation, release and maintenance of bills of materials to support production. * Support the installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems. * Help provide technical support to production and post-sales teams by gathering information, reviewing documentation and assisting with troubleshooting. * Prepare as-built updates to schematics, layouts and other technical drawings. * Collaborate with electrical, mechanical and software teams, as well as production, customers and vendors, to clarify technical requirements.
