Edge Banding Specialist

**Join the ICON Team!** ICON Office Environments is growing and we’re looking for an experienced **Edge Banding Specialist** to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a great eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work, we’d love to hear from you! **What You’ll Do** * Set up and operate edge banding equipment * Apply edge banding to furniture and panel components according to specifications * Adjust machine settings for different materials, thicknesses and finishes * Monitor production and make adjustments as needed * Inspect finished components for proper adhesion, alignment and overall quality * Perform routine cleaning, maintenance and basic troubleshooting * Follow safety procedures and production standards * Work closely with the manufacturing team to keep production moving efficiently **What We’re Looking For** * Previous edge banding or related machine operating experience (2 years experience is preferred) * Furniture, cabinetry or woodworking experience is an asset * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work accurately with measurements and production specifications * Good mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills * Dependable, safety-minded and team-focused **Why Join ICON?** * Benefits * Wellness Program * Vacation & Wellness Days * Training & Development * Team Events & Activities * Modern & Clean working environment * Team-focused culture **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM **Location:** 1125 Colborne St E, Brantford, ON **Ready to join the ICON team?
