The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with plumbing and appliance repair, and the ability to interpret schematics. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications * Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling equipment to ensure efficient operation * Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and leak repairs * Utilize welding skills for system repairs or modifications as needed * Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues * Repair or replace boilers, pumps, fans, filters, and other mechanical components * Assist with appliance repairs related to HVAC systems when necessary * Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes during all operations **Skills** * Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems installation and repair * Proficiency in plumbing, welding, and boiler maintenance * Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately * Experience with appliance repair and general maintenance tasks * Construction background or experience working on building systems is a plus * Mechanical or mechanic experience preferred for troubleshooting complex issues * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments This position requires a dedicated professional capable of handling diverse technical tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
