What you can expect * You will design, continuously develop and update security policies and developer guidelines for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including customizations, plugins, Power Platform and Azure integrations. * You will establish a structured review process for code and architecture security and work with development teams to embed security requirements throughout the development process. * You will coordinate and conduct penetration tests, vulnerability assessments and automated security scans for Dynamics solutions. * You will prioritize identified vulnerabilities and support development teams in implementing appropriate remediation measures. * You will implement mechanisms to verify compliance with security policies and support teams in their structured implementation. * You will contribute to embedding a security-first culture across the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform environment at DKV Mobility. What makes you stand out * You have several years of sound professional experience in IT security, ideally with a specific focus on Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365. * You have a strong technical understanding of the Dynamics 365 architecture and related frameworks. * You have sound knowledge of established security standards and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2 and GDPR. * You communicate complex security topics confidently and effectively with different stakeholders and are able to drive their implementation. * You combine diplomatic stakeholder management with assertiveness and a structured, solution-oriented approach. * You are fluent in both German and English. #LI-AB1 We are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture!
