Full Time Driver

WinBins is hiring today! WinBins is hiring 2 Drivers to work Full Time, Monday - Friday year round and start ASAP Successful hires would be a driver for WinBins a Winnipeg based bin rental company. We are located in Headingley, Manitoba. There is no bus service, so you must have reliable transportation to and from work. **Job Responsibilities** * Operating a hook lift truck delivery empty WinBins to customers, contractors and homeowners * Dumping full WinBins at the landfill or recycling depots * Conduct yourself in a professional manner around customers, co-workers and general public * Able to take payments and write receipts for customer, able to make change * Cleaning and detailing trucks for a professional appearance including pressure washing and greasing * Refuelling the fleet * Hauling Snow in the wintertime * Communicating with other drivers and dispatch to maintain efficiency on your route * Taking care of your assigned truck to maintain a professional image * Providing help to other members of the team when asked and performing other duties as assigned * Towing Dump trailers or flat decks when needed **Skills Needed** * Ability to lift 60 lbs and execute the physical tasks of the job * Previous experience driving is considered an asset * Ability to work outside year-round in all weather conditions * Excellent customer service and communication skills and experience * Patience and care when operating a truck, especially in winter * Experience operating mechanical and hydraulic systems considered an asset * Ability to work alone or with a team **Benefits** * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vision care * Overtime * Company gear **Experience** No experience necessary, willing to train. **Language** English (required) **Work Location** In person start and finish each day in our yard in Headingley, MB **Website** www.WinBins.ca **Requirements** *(PLEASE DO NOT apply if you don’t meet all of these)* * Must have VALID DRIVERS LICENSE * Must have a working cell phone with data service * Must be able to get yourself to and from work there is no bus service to our yard site in Headingley, MB. * Must be able to supply 2 references, resume and drivers abstract * Must be able to complete some physical labour and lifting example shovel out a bin. **Compensation** Pay will start at $21 - $23.00 / Hr with pay bi-weekly. Raises to follow based on reliability and performance. **Hours** 35 - 45 + hours a week Mon - Fri.
