**Xceptor Tax Business Analyst – Luxembourg** MTM Partners is looking for an experienced **Xceptor Business Analyst with strong tax module expertise** to support a financial services client in Luxembourg. **Your mission** * Assess the current state of the **Xceptor tax implementation** and identify blockers and gaps * Gather and formalise business requirements with Tax, Operations and IT stakeholders * Translate requirements into functional specifications and Xceptor configuration needs * Define and run test scenarios (SIT/UAT), and follow up on defects through to resolution * Build a realistic roadmap and support its execution alongside the BAU team * Document processes and transfer knowledge to internal teams **Your profile** * Proven hands-on experience with **Xceptor, ideally its tax module** * Solid Business Analyst background in banking, asset servicing or fund administration * Good understanding of tax operations (e.g. withholding tax relief and reclaims, tax reporting) * Able to bridge business and technical teams, and to bring structure to a stalled project * Autonomous, pragmatic and delivery-oriented * Fluent in both French and English If you match the above criteria, please send us your CV at **jobs@mtmpartners.lu** Question(s) de présélection: * Do you hold a valid work permit to work in Luxembourg?
