CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Key Responsibilities * Communicate with potential and existing customers in French and English * Handle incoming customer inquiries and service requests * Identify and develop new sales opportunities * Generate and qualify customer leads * Present company services and explain available solutions * Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships * Prepare quotations and communicate pricing * Coordinate customer appointments and service requests * Identify opportunities for additional sales * Maintain customer records and update CRM systems * Participate in customer acquisition and sales activities * Visit customers and business locations when required * Coordinate with technical and field service teams Our business provides a variety of residential and commercial services, including locksmith services, doors and windows, garage doors, installations, repairs and maintenance. The position combines customer service, sales coordination and business development, with opportunities to gain practical knowledge of our services and operations. Requirements The ideal candidate should have: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, call centers, lead generation or business development * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Fluent French – mandatory * Good working knowledge of English * Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools * Experience with CRM systems is an advantage * Good organizational and problem-solving skills * Confidence communicating with customers and discussing commercial offers * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver's licence is an advantage Candidates from sales, telecommunications, customer support, digital sales, hospitality and other customer-facing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
