Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – Flexible Opportunity **Location:** Simply Rooted Wellness | Kerr Village, Oakville, ON **Position:** Independent Contractor / Room Rental **Availability:** 1–3 days per week, with flexibility to grow **About Simply Rooted Wellness** Simply Rooted Wellness is a growing boutique chiropractic and functional medicine clinic located in Oakville's Kerr Village. We offer a welcoming, patient-focused environment where individualized care, collaboration, and building meaningful relationships with patients are at the heart of what we do. Our current services include chiropractic care, acupuncture, and functional medicine, and we're looking to welcome a Registered Massage Therapist who shares our approach to care. **The Opportunity** We're looking for a friendly, motivated RMT who would enjoy growing their practice within a supportive and collaborative clinic. Both percentage-based compensation and room rental arrangements are available, depending on experience, availability, and mutual fit. **What You Can Expect:** * A welcoming, professional treatment space within an existing wellness clinic. * Flexible availability starting at 1–3 days per week, with room to grow. * Opportunities for mutual referrals and collaborative patient care. * The ability to build your own patient base while practising as part of the Simply Rooted Wellness team. * A supportive, patient-centred environment with a focus on quality care. We're open to both newly registered and experienced RMTs. Who We're Looking For * Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). * Friendly, professional, and committed to excellent patient care. * Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team. * Interested in building long-term relationships with patients and growing their practice.
