Advanced trainings (4 to 7 hours) earn more. Paid onboarding. ---------------------------------------- **ABOUT THE ROLE** Are you a Registered Dental Hygienist who loves teaching as much as you love clinical work? Are you interested in slowing down your clinical hours and replacing them as a clinical leader in the industry? Rovix Dental Hub trains dental clinics across Canada on air polishing, ultrasonic and piezo instrumentation, and modern biofilm management. We are looking for 2 clinical trainers in the Ottawa region to bring our training into clinics, lead teams through hands-on sessions, and help raise the standard of care. This is not just a side gig. Credit is always given where credit is due - Weekday work that fits around your current schedule. - You choose which contracts you accept. - Device and brand neutral training, so your skills grow beyond one system. ---------------------------------------- **WHAT YOU WILL DO** - Deliver 2-hour basic trainings and 4 to 7-hour advanced trainings at dental clinics in the Ottawa region. - Lead hands-on training with live hygienists and patients, over time deliver demos and coaching. - Teach air polishing, ultrasonic and piezo techniques, and biofilm management protocols. - Coach hygienists and clinical teams with confidence, clarity and professionalism. - Represent the Rovix Dental Hub brand at every clinic. - Paid opportunities to present at dental trade shows and networking events, supporting training and education for industry partners such as Henry Schein. Travel always covered. Volume varies with demand, from 1 up to 7 clinics per month. ---------------------------------------- **MUST HAVE** * Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO), and your own professional liability insurance. * Hands-on experience with air polishing and biofilm management. * A natural trainer and leader: you can command a room, explain clearly and build confidence in others. * A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within the Ottawa region. *
