Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)

Iron Fist Industrial Solutions Inc. is hiring a millwright to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other industrial facilities across the GTA. Jobs can range from diagnosing a conveyor breakdown to aligning machinery after an equipment move or completing preventive maintenance during a planned shutdown. **What you’ll do** * Install, assemble, align, and relocate industrial machinery and production equipment. * Troubleshoot mechanical issues on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Replace worn or damaged components such as bearings, shafts, couplings, and drive assemblies. * Perform preventive maintenance and support planned shutdowns and breakdown calls. * Read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals, document completed work, and flag issues to the site lead. * Follow lockout/tagout procedures and customer site safety requirements. **What we’re looking for** * Ontario 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate of Qualification or equivalent Red Seal credential. * Hands-on experience with industrial equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. * Ability to read mechanical drawings, use precision measuring tools, and work independently or as part of a crew. * Ability to travel to customer sites across the GTA.
