We are looking for a Team Lead who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in leading by example. As a Team Lead, you will help oversee daily operations, support and develop team members, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience. You will play a key role in maintaining HEAL's standards for food quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service. We are looking for individuals who: * Have previous restaurant, café, or quick-service leadership experience * Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic * Are passionate about delivering a genuine guest experience * Are health conscious and advocates for a healthy and active lifestyle * Are dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently * Enjoy coaching, training, and motivating others * Take ownership and pride in maintaining high operational standards A typical day as a Team Lead: * Lead daily operations and support team members throughout the shift * Complete opening, closing, and operational checklists * Prepare and serve made-to-order menu items (açaí bowls, smoothies, waffles, coffees, and more) * Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards are maintained * Assist with onboarding and training new team members * Monitor inventory levels and complete inventory counts * Manage daily cleaning and food safety procedures * Support order flow and maintain efficiency during busy periods * Work with point-of-sale and delivery app systems * Encourage upselling and help drive store performance * Create a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike The ideal applicant would have: * 1–3 years of restaurant, café, or quick-service experience * Previous leadership, supervisory, or keyholder experience preferred * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities * Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment * Food Handler Certification is an asset * Workplace Health & Safety knowledge is an asset What we offer: * Growth opportunities within a growing wellness-focused brand * Positive and supportive team environment * Leadership development opportunities * Flexible scheduling * Employee discounts * Quarterly bonus incentives If you are passionate about wellness, leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
