**Job Description** **What you'll bring** You're studying Computer Science or a related field and want to apply AI and automation tools to real business challenges. You're ready to explore what's possible - and leave with work you can build on. You have a genuine passion for solving business challenges through AI and automation. * Current enrolment at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Computer Science or Informatics * Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Power Automate, or Microsoft Copilot - or a strong drive to learn them * A proactive approach to designing, building, and refining prototypes independently * A customer-oriented mindset - you consider what colleagues and stakeholders actually need * Fluency in German and English is required for this role (written and spoken) * Working from Walldorf / St. Leon-Rot office is required We also look for people who communicate clearly, keep the customer in mind, and enjoy finding smart solutions to problems - whatever stage of your career you're at. Your contributions connect directly to the team's AI and automation goals. * Research, design, and validate automation solutions for the SCI team * Apply AI tools to practical business scenarios and document outcomes * Develop prototypes, gather user feedback, and refine use cases iteratively * Collaborate with colleagues to map processes, gather requirements, and act on feedback * Align regularly with the SCI AI Lead on use cases, legal considerations, and tools * Prepare and deliver enablement sessions for team members **Where you belong** The Strategic Customer Innovation (SCI) unit works with strategic customers on complex, forward-looking challenges and acts as the voice of the customer for Cloud ERP.
