Job Description As an Independent working cook I, your responsibilities will include: - Preparing ingredients - Applying fundamental cooking techniques - Providing input on the composition and modification of menus, the à la carte selection, and preparation methods - Managing inventory and placing orders - Providing technical guidance and supervision to kitchen assistants Job Requirements - MBO level 3 (vocational) working and thinking level - Demonstrable knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques Employment Terms & Benefits - A competitive salary ranging from €2,510 to €3,050 gross per month, depending on experience and in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) for the Hospitality Industry (Job Category V) - Periodic salary increases in line with the Hospitality Industry CAO - Travel expense allowance, where applicable - Complimentary staff meals during working hours - A pleasant and professional working environment - Opportunities for further professional development within the kitchen team Important: You must be from the Netherlands, the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland, and already possess authorization to work in the Netherlands—we do not provide work visas.
