Shop Operations Manager

WE'RE HIRING | SHOP OPERATIONS MANAGER Sandstar Graphics is looking for a motivated, organized, and driven individual to join our team as a Shop Operations Manager! We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys leading a team, has strong communication skills, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day operations of a busy custom graphics and apparel shop. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily shop operations and workflow. Manage, organize, and coordinate production schedules. Supervise and support employees, ensuring productivity and accountability. Oversee incoming orders, job progress, and deadlines. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and staff. Assist with quotes, order processing, and customer relations. Ensure quality control across all production departments. Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering. Identify opportunities to improve shop efficiency and workflow. Help maintain a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment. Step in and assist with production when needed. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience managing people and daily operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions. Strong attention to detail and time management. A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership. Experience in printing, apparel, graphics, or production is an asset.
