Ltd. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Trade Compliance Manager will lead the Iridian Spectral Technologies compliance program and will be the main point of contact for the company’s Controlled Goods Program (CGP). In addition, this role will be responsible for the company’s Canadian and U.S. import, export, and customs compliance. The role reports to the Director of Compliance, Global Space & Defense (GS&D) and will also work closely with Iridian leadership, the IDEX Corporate Compliance Department, and a number of other functions across the organization, including Operations, Commercial, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, and Sourcing. This role requires successful management of a broad range of responsibilities in compliance and management in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
