Join Our Growing Team! Morrow's Marine & More is looking for an experienced, organized and motivated **Parts & Accessories Manager** to join our team in Lumsden, SK! We're a locally owned and operated marine and powersports dealership that's continuing to grow. With our new facility and expanding product lines, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of our parts department, keep things organized and help deliver the great customer service we're known for. From boats and outboard motors to ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, trailers and accessories, there's always something happening at Morrow's! What You'll Be Doing * Managing the day-to-day operations of the parts and accessories department * Overseeing parts ordering, receiving, pricing and inventory management * Maintaining accurate inventory records using our Lightspeed dealership system * Monitoring stock levels and ensuring commonly used parts are readily available * Working closely with our service department to ensure parts are ordered and available for repairs * Managing special orders, backorders and customer follow-ups * Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors * Assisting customers with parts identification, product inquiries and purchases * Overseeing retail displays, accessories, clothing and merchandise * Identifying opportunities to improve department efficiency, organization and sales * Maintaining an organized, clean and efficient parts department * Supporting and guiding other team members with parts-related questions and processes What We're Looking For * Previous parts department, inventory management or related experience preferred * Experience in marine, powersports, automotive or a similar industry is a strong asset * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Experience with ordering, inventory control and supplier relationships * Comfortable using computers and inventory management software * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems * Dependable, accountable and willing to lead by example * A positive attitude and willingness to learn our products and systems Previous management experience is an asset, but we're also interested in someone with strong parts experience who's ready to take the next step in their career.
